  WhenMr。Sagittarius,runningathisfullestspeed,emergedfromZoologicalHouse,wearingthehatandcoatthatthesaturninelittleclergymanhadleftbehindhim,thenightwasdampandgusty。Ashehasteneddownthedrive,andthesoundoftwentyguitars,playing\"OhwouldIwereaSpaniardamongyoulemongroves!\"diedawayinthelightedmansionbehindhim,heheardtheroaringofthebeastsinthegardenscloseby。Inthewetdarknessitsoundedpeculiarlyterrific。
