  ConsideringthepresentstateofEurope,FranceandSpainbeingMastersoftheMines。TheotherNationsseemtobeunderanecessityofsettingupanotherMoney。TheonlyReasoncanbegivenwhyithasnotbeenrightlyunderstood:OrtheywouldnothavecontinuedbuyingSilverfromSpainaboveitsValueasaMettal,whentheyhadamorevaluableMoneyoftheirown,andeverywaymorefittedforthatUse。
